Registration fee

The registration fee includes coffee and lunches, conference materials, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

 

Day card fee

If you are not able to participate in the entire conference, you are welcome to register with a day card fee. Please find the day card fees below.

If you register for Thursday 14 June, you will be able to attend the conference dinner for a fee of 800 SEK excl. VAT.

Registration conditions

A confirmation of your registration will be sent by email within a week of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation email, please let us know.
Information about payment with credit card

For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D security bank cooperation for internet payment security. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected, and if not already, how it can be connected. If you receive an error when paying with your card, please check with your bank if they have a block for overseas payment, or a limit on the amount that can be charged per day. These are common reasons for why your payment does not go through. Please note that 25% VAT is automatically added to your registration fee if you pay by credit card. If your organisation qualifies you to not pay VAT, please choose International bank transfer – EUcountries with VAT no. or Invoice Sweden and list your VAT number (See VAT regulations below).

VAT regulations

Delegates from Sweden
  • Swedish public authorities (such as most Swedish universities): No VAT
  • All other Swedish organisations/companies and private persons: VAT 25%
Delegates from outside Sweden
  • Organisations and companies within EU with a VAT number: No VAT
  • Organisations and companies within EU without a VAT number, and all organisations and companies outside EU: VAT 25% (Pending the location of the organisation/company, VAT may be reclaimed from your home country upon return from the conference.)
  • All private persons: VAT 25 %

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to: ethnoconf2018@akademikonferens.se. Cancellations made up until 11 May 2018 will be refunded in full except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK. Cancellations made from 12 May 2018 will not be refunded.

Change of delegate
If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secratariat to do so.
